Christian Wißmann
Managing Director ACCENTUS Germany and designer with vision
Christian studied social sciences in Tübingen, Valencia and Copenhagen and investigated group behavior as a research assistant at the Institute for Educational Science at the Eberhard Karls University. With the founding of ACCENTUS, he has made it his mission to translate findings from theoretical and applied social research into practice and to support companies in achieving their goals.
His expertise includes organizational and leadership development for companies of various sizes, particularly in the IT, manufacturing SME and public service sectors.
Christian’s work begins with a deep respect for what has made his clients what they are today. For him, empathy, participation and continuous dialog are at the heart of successful development processes. In all of this, his aim is not to stop at knowledge, but to make real change tangible in everyday life.
Daniel studied linguistics, history and education in Tübingen and Salamanca (Spain). After graduating, he worked for a language institute, where he gained his first experience in adult education, developed training and learning concepts and successfully built up the business customer area.
Through training and further education in systemic organizational development according to trigon and SySt, Daniel’s motivation to accompany companies and organizations with holistic concepts and to enable them to shape development and change more and more themselves increased. With his pedagogical background, he accompanies people in groups and organizations on the topics of learning and change, as well as successful cooperation. He implements this in the form of impulse and MIKRO training for managers and employees, the design and implementation of workshops and process support, e.g. in the development of health management.
Daniel’s drive is to stimulate situational changes in people and organizations and to accompany their implementation – analytically, passionately and curiously. Together with clients, he develops practical and immediately applicable ideas for solutions to specific challenges in day-to-day work and for major change projects that are viable and sustainable. He takes a pragmatic, structured and focused approach – always with an eye to dovetailing success and enjoyment of collaboration.

Annika Walter
Organisationsentwicklerin und Brückenbauerin zwischen Wissenschaft und Praxis
Annika studied neuroscience and worked at various research institutes on the question of how our behavior, our thinking and our (working) life are connected. In addition to her scientific work, her focus has always been on the practical application of these findings. After several years in medical, digital and philosophical research, she now brings her interdisciplinary perspective to the corporate world as an organizational developer. Her goal: to support companies, teams and individuals in developing themselves and each other.
Her focus is on leadership and organizational development, with an additional focus on organizational learning and dealing with psychological stress. She supports companies in creating structures that promote both growth and resilience. Among other things, she has trained managers to promote mental health in their organization and set up comprehensive development programs for managers. Through keynotes, workshops and training sessions, she actively contributes to the implementation of relevant future topics such as AI or mental health in companies.
For Annika, people are at the heart of every organization. She loves bringing together different ways of thinking and building bridges between science and practice. She relies on empathy, appreciation and an open dialog to not only think strategically about change, but to make it directly implementable and anchor it in the long term.
Felix studied sociology, politics and economics and deepened his fascination for the uncertainties of the social sphere with a doctorate (Dr. phil.) on the systems theory of small groups. Through numerous further training courses – including in systemic organizational consulting, coaching, team development, project management and current forms of cooperation – he keeps his finger on the pulse of the times.
His focus is on supporting team and organizational development and change processes: from the initial needs analysis to conception and implementation. He also has particular expertise in the development of tailor-made strategies, modern management structures and collaborative forms of cooperation, which he integrates seamlessly into the existing organizational culture. His work philosophy is based on openness, curiosity and the joy of joint development.
When he is not reading or writing in his private life, he devotes himself enthusiastically to renovating old buildings – despite having two left hands.
