Organisational development

The key to success

Organisational development is a key issue for a successful future. The more dynamic the environment, the more organisations are required to reflect on and develop themselves. We see all organisational development measures as the living link between a status quo (past success) and a goal (future success).organisational development is a key issue for a successful future. Let's get started.

Understanding people, shaping the future

Our greatest contribution to the successful future of your organisation is our social science expertise. We have found that something very valuable is created when we add our knowledge of human behaviour to the often more technical expertise of our clients.

Expertise through diversity

Since leadership and collaboration play a role in all organisations, we have been able to gain insights into a wide range of industries and fields of activity in numerous projects. From medium-sized companies to university hospitals, the administration of cities, municipalities and districts, start-ups and foundations – all these organisational forms are part of our broad customer landscape. This diversity of insights is a great advantage for our customers. We ourselves are always amazed at how interesting and helpful it can be to think outside the box.
In addition to all our practical experience, we also have the good fortune and the opportunity to be active in application research. Together with the Fraunhofer IPK in Berlin, we are conducting research into ambidexterity, focussing on the following topics Leadership, learning coaching approaches and transformation concepts.

Let's get started.

Strength from tradition, courage to change

We have great respect for the achievements that our customers have accomplished – long before we were allowed to accompany them. Successful change projects do not throw everything overboard. The risk of rejection and resistance is far too great. More promising is targeted further development based on the strengths that can be found in every organisation. People are willing to go along with and help shape such changes.

Reaching the goal in partnership

This attitude is intended to make it clear that we are not interested in selling patent remedies. Rather, we want to experience and understand the world of our customers. That’s why we start larger projects, usually with a job shadowing. On this basis, we can contribute our knowledge in a targeted manner and develop suitable solutions together with our customers.
