MIKRO-Training courses are more than just a compact learning format—they are a flexible tool. Whether as a strategic addition to personnel development, as support in change processes, or for solving acute challenges, MIKRO training courses make a direct contribution to the development of a vibrant learning culture.

Organizations are constantly evolving—and so are their learning needs. MIKRO-Training courses can supplement existing PE portfolios and basic training with flexible, effective learning units on every conceivable topic, from leadership and collaboration to technical issues such as the implementation of guidelines, communication, and health. As part of the PE portfolio, MIKRO-Training courses are particularly effective when designed as thematic qualification series – e.g., on meeting culture, health management, or leadership issues.

Sample training courses

  • Generations in a team – How can “old hands” and “young wild ones” work together successfully?
  • From manager to leader – How do I lead through trust and attitude?
  • Healthy leadership starts with me – Self-care as a leadership task
  • Effective meetings – How do I create clarity, participation, and good results?

Change can only succeed if people go along with it. Whether it’s a merger, reorganization, or digital transformation, MIKRO-Training courses provide targeted support in all phases of change—from orientation to the stabilization of new processes.

Sample training courses

  • Change communication: How do I create acceptance for change?
  • Understanding and overcoming resistance – How do I confidently lead through change?
  • Using retrospectives – continuous reflection and improvement

When there’s a crisis, you don’t need long-term programs, you need compact support. MIKRO-Training courses help you overcome acute challenges in a structured way – for example, market changes, team conflicts, or other crisis situations.

Sample training courses

  • Crisis communication: How do I communicate difficult decisions clearly and empathetically?
  • Restarting with a small team – How can I regain motivation and structure?

Procedure

Procedure for a MIKRO-Training session

A MIKRO-Training session lasts 120 to 180 minutes and follows a clearly structured yet flexible and adaptable process. After a welcome and introduction to the topic, the training leader conveys relevant concepts, methods, and best practices in a compact input session. Participants then identify their individual challenges and work together to develop practical, directly implementable solutions. A final reflection session ensures that the learning is transferred into everyday life—each participant leaves the training with at least one concrete action step for their own practice.

This process quickly strengthens:

  • Knowledge building through focused input,
  • problem-solving skills and implementation orientation through independent work on real-world topics,
  • a lively learning culture and collective learning through collaboration on shared challenges.
