Your challenges, practical/sustainable solutions

Our experience shows that ‘off-the-peg’ training is not very promising. Organisations and their specific challenges are too individual and different. That is why we do not have any ready-made basic training programmes. Instead, our work is based on an extensive modular system. This enables us to efficiently design customised training courses that are tailored specifically to the customer and the target group. From topic-specific online workshops to complete training series, a wide variety of realisations can be realised.

In order to achieve the best possible practical transfer, we have also developed our special MIKRO training format. This learning format is much more than a training course in short form. Rather, it is a sophisticated combination of trainer input, coaching and peer counselling. MIKRO training courses provide customised solutions for precisely the challenges that participants experience in their everyday lives. This ‘proximity to the problem’ is a central key to the effectiveness of MIKRO training, as it makes practical transfer so much easier.
